Minsteracres Suite

1st night at Slaley Hall and we thought we’d try Hadrians Brasserie, we were not disappointed. Our waiter William was fantastic very polite and professional. We had steak which was the best we’ve had in some time. Would recommend.

Great place to stay for relaxing mini break. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Wonderful experience at the spa especially in the evening, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful part of Northumberland. Dinner was delicious and the service was fantastic, thankyou William our server.

An excellent mini break. Service in the hotel was very good especially Ana and Lydya in the dining room.

Just had a lovely birthday meal in the restaurant. Food and wine were excellent and the friendly service from Ana was brilliant. Thank you.

We were very impressed with our overall experience. The golf courses were excellent, the accommodation was good, staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was very good.

We had dinner in the restaurant and was looked after by a brilliant hostess, Tilly… Very professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for her…. A credit to Slaley.

We have visited Slaley Hall many times & always enjoyed our stays. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings & the staff are excellent. William was looking after us in the restaurant & was very friendly & professional. The only reason I haven’t given an overall 5 star review (although William deserves 5 stars) is because the hotel was woefully understaffed. All the staff were working very hard & doing a great job but there just wasn’t enough of them. A round of drinks in the bar didn’t arrive & we waited almost half an hour for a coffee & a pint but again the staff were working really hard. Definitely need to address their staffing issues

Great location and great hotel. Food was excellent. The staff are brilliant. Our server at dinner (Josh) was smashing - very professional and friendly. We were on a coach trip and Slaley Hall was our base for four nights. The buffet breakfast was brilliant .... and the dinner menus were nice and varied. Great stay.

Lovely stay, we had the dinner package included. William was our server for the evening and he went above and beyond for us checking with the chef if they could swap sides for our main and checking in for drinks etc. Room was lovely and clean. Spa facilities nice and quiet when we went, towels included and nice enough shower facilities.

Second time staying here. Good value for money. Nice clean hotel and spa. Nice food , friendly staff 5* waiter for our evening meal - William. We'll be back. Thanks

Stayed for a weekend golfing. William in the restaurant gave great service for dinner.

The hotel was really nice, the food was lovely and the staff professional and attentive but i have 2 issues. 1. although the rooms were immaculate clean and inviting being a 6 foot 7 tall male the single beds were not my preferred choice in fact I wasn't given a choice. 2. Also being disabled the car park was a long distance and uphill to get to the reception where only two disabled parking spots were full .

William was very polite and delivered a great service. He even gave good menu recommendations.

Had a beautiful stay at slaley hall. The treatment and spa experience was amazing. We went for dinner at Hadrian’s brasserie and were served by William who was very attentive. He arrived promptly between each course and was professional and efficient each time! 5/5 stars!
