I have been for a spa galantines day today with friends,I had an express facial with Joanne,it was amazing!very relaxing and Joanne was very professional❤️ We had use of the spa facilities and afternoon tea which was lovely,overall great experience and value for money.

We spent a night at Slaley Hall to celebrate my 60th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the staff were amazing, so helpful and attentive. A big shout out to Abby in Hadrian’s Brasserie, who made sure our every need was met. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco each to celebrate my birthday. The food was amazing!

My husband and I have been here for 2 nights for a birthday treat. My husband had a body massage by Georgina which was absolutely great and so relaxing he was almost asleep. I had an Elemis Facial and Head, Shoulder, and Scalp massage by Robyn - amazing, the best I've ever had and I can highly recommend these treatments. Thanks Robyn and Georgina. Shout out to Lily in the restaurant, who although has not been here long, was friendly professional and very efficient - thanks Lily. In fact I can honestly say all the staff we have had contact with have been 1st class- so helpful, supportive and nothing a bother - QHotels at Slaley Hall you have some amazing staff.

We had the overnight stay with a 50 min spa treatment, evening meal and breakfast. First of all, the value for money was phenomenal. We arrived in the spa around 4pm but could not get a lounger as it was so busy. However, after our treatments at 5pm we managed to get a lounger no problem. The treatments were fab! Best masssge i have had in years! The room was very spacious and the bed was huge! Food was good and speedy service too. Breakfast was also excellent with loads of choice. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Beautiful location and overall hardworking attentive staff. Check-in could be better as I was unable to check-in before my booked spa treatments even though I had contacted the hotel in advance which was inconvenient. Also, very expensive for an early check-in at £30 and late check-out. Room was very basic and dated so that was a disappointment. Dinner and breakfast was good and the young people who worked in the restaurant were wonderful and the service at both meals was very smooth and impressive.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are modest but abit outdated. Atmosphere is great always. Food was very nice, amazing squid and salmon dishes with a huge thanks to our amazing waitress Lily who handled our requests professionally with a big smile on her face even though she was running around taking orders clearly swept off her feet bless her, she took her time to make us feel heard and welcomed. Wouldn't of been such a good dining experience if we didn't have her as our waitress. 10/10 for Lily <3
