Brilliant from William in the restaurant

Great one night stay (Sunday) Lovely room with bath and view of golf course Enjoyed our meals and drinks in the old hall’s comfortable rooms The spa and treatments were excellent (maybe busier on Friday/Saturday) All in all a very enjoyable break

Beautiful area, beautiful building and decor, clean rooms, staff were polite, however the place was so big it seemed a little impersonal. Unfortunately, my wife had a stomach bug before we arrived so we spent the first 24 hours in the room. I wish we had more time to explore the beautiful spa area.

Beautiful hotel amazing facilities only one slight criticism is the buffet breakfast was cold

A beautiful place to stay, go fir a walk and spend time with family. Rooms are immaculate and so comfortable. Value for money from start to finish. Allocated a quiet room. Service in bar and restaurant excellent, couldn't fault it. Plenty to do with safety in place for our granddaughter Sophie.

Jamie R was great at dinner, looked after the table. Nothing was an issue and he had a nice birthday message made for our Dad. Cheers Jamie

Lovely atmosphere, very enjoyable spa experience and rooms were top notch. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, made even better by our waiter Jamie R who was very attentive, cleared our table within only a couple of minutes of finishing and very friendly overall. My boyfriend and I had a lovely anniversary trip away, I would highly recommend!

Nice food, but it made me need a Richard the third and I did it in my pants and it was warm. Thanks to Jamie R our waiter who saved my pants 🩲 💩

Lovely meal in the restaurant. Steak was amazing. Service excellent! Thank you to William for being so attentive. 😃

We arrived just after 4pm and were wwelcomed the lovely Receptionist. Our room was beautiful over looking the Golf course. We were just staying for one night before travelling onto Edinburgh so wanted to break our journey and what a delightful hotel to stay at. We also booked dinner in the hotel and our table was looked after by Laura who was friendly and efficient and happy to chat whilst taking our details. We had a delicious meal I had the lamb and mint pie which was to die for my friend had the gammon which she also enjoyed the portion sizes were very good.

Lovely stay and food. Service and staff was excellent, especially William in the restaurant.

service (William) was amazing, great food brilliant prices!

Very professional, friendly and attentive service from William both in the bar and restaurant. Very refreshing to receive such good service from a young man 5 stars

Our waiter William was attentive and polite. Made sure we were happy with everything and provided great customer service

Great service from William Food was delicious

Amazing 2 night break. fabulous spa, beutiful room (paid for an upgrade which was worth every penny to have twin double beds and the extra space). The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Evening meal was lovely. Clean throughout the hotel, bar, resteraunt, room and spa. A special thanks to Loius in the resteraunt.

We had an amazing meal in the restaurant. Josh H was particularly fabulous, especially as I was on my own with my two little girls! A credit to the hotel! Thank you Josh H

Excellent Hotel, great amenities- pool great for families. Gym good, pool room and games room. We had a family group (25 people) food was served at the same time, well presented and at a good temperature. We were all happy

The brassiere was very busy, however the food was excellent and the service from Laura even better. Both golf courses were in excellent condition.

Great value, lovely food and very friendly staff.Especially Josh H in the restaurant who was very attentive

Visited with team for a celebration event. All the team we encountered were extremely helpful. Food was great quality and accommodated a party of 12 with ease. Rooms were of high quality and breakfast was plentiful.
