Had a wonderful weekend stay for brother in law's 40th. Ladies enjoyed a relaxing spa stay and the fellas enjoyed some golf. Had a wonderful evening meal in the restaurant, it was very tasty and good size portions. Matthew who was our waiter was very attentive with excellent service, very friendly. Laura from the spa who was my masseuse was also excellent.

Came for my 40th. Bit of golf and food. Course was immaculate and the food was lovely and overall stay was fantastic. I have to say Mathew who attended to us for our evening meal was fantastic. Constantly checking in on us to ensure our experience was the best it can be. Thank you.

Had a meal at the restaurant in slayley hall and would highly recommend. The food was delicious with plenty to chose from and perfect portion sizes also came out in perfect timing. Our server Matthew was polite, friendly and always made sure we had drinks. If you’re visiting the hotel it is worth booking in for a meal.

Really lovely hotel. The spa was great. Dinner was delicious and our waiter, Daniel D was very attentive and made our dining experience a very pleasurable one.

We did an overnight spa break as a group of friends and had a great time. The staff accommodated our evening meal in the Whisky Snug brilliantly and we all really enjoyed. Shout out for our server Kieran who was absolutely amazing and also Matthew who was brilliant! Those guys are legends!

Great couple of days at Slaley Hall. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially Matthew in the main restaurant. Had a relaxing time, great rooms and spa.

A beautiful looking hotel. The public areas, bar and restaurant were lovely. Room a little tired and in need of updating, particularly the bathroom. We played both golf courses that were in great condition. All in all a most enjoyable trip. It would have been 5 star review if it wasn’t for the bathroom, it wasn’t dirty just in need of updating. Would definitely come back though.

Matthew provided excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. He also made sure our drinks were always full throughout the meal :)

Lovely stay, comfortable clean room, beautiful surroundings and excellent service throughout, (Samuel deserves a mention for his excellent restaurant service) Overall Great value package stay. Inclusive use of the Spa was nice but the facilities could be improved with a cold plunge pool or ice bath/shower for after sauna/steam room use and also more loungers for busy days. We will definitely book again.

Much improved since my last stay in 2025. New food menus are excellent. Staff very helpful, all places always very clean. A comfortable stay of 7 nights indeed.

Visited Slaley Hall resort for a 2 night stay and 3 rounds of golf. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Accommodation and facilities were good. Food was excellent, 3 choices of where to eat within the resort. Two top quality golf courses. 10/10 experience.

Lovely relaxing 2 nights break for our 30th wedding Anniversary. All the staff were so friendly and polite, especially like to mention Charlie who served us in the Hadrian Brasserie for our meal on our anniversary, who was very attentive and made sure we were okay during the meal Also a shout out for Mollie who was one of the chambermaids who cleaned our room. Also the spa was lovely and clean. Thank you everyone for the lovely stay.

First night at the Slaley Hall and it has been a lovely evening! We dined at the main restaurant at the hotel and was served by the lovely & polite Matthew who was very attentive, provided us with his recommendations of wines and gave us a little banter too just to make us feel more welcomed at our first time going away as family of 3 (we brought our 12 week old baby with us) a success! Thank you Matthew for making our evening!

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff couldn't do enough for us, arrived as a group of 21 to play golf and use Spa Facilities. Highly Recommend. Golf Courses were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really good too.
