The whole trip is designed to keep younger guests busy and happy so parents can feel like they are actually getting a break.
Splash about in the pool, explore the grounds, trails and forests or head out to one of many nearby family-friendly attractions, including beaches, museums, epic playgrounds and castles.
After a day of fun, you don’t need to worry about finding somewhere to eat, dinner each evening is included plus cream teas and packed lunches are included to keep tummies filled and everyone happy. Plus, there’s plenty more fun to be had, including games to play in the bar and a nightly film showing with popcorn.
Everyone will head to bed happy, tired and ready to do it all again the next day. After a hearty breakfast including make-your-own waffles of course.

2. Dinner inclusive provides £35 spend per adult, on food, from 5:30pm. Additional spend will be charged as a supplement
3. Kids eat free (ages 0–12), including two courses from the children’s menu (main plus starter or dessert).

Day 1:
You arrive at Slaley Hall and are welcomed with a bottle of wine in your room to enjoy while you settle in. Explore the hotel before enjoying dinner at Hadrian’s Brasserie.
Day 2:
Wake up and head for a fueling breakfast before you head out to explore Northumberland. Everyone will love our waffle and pancake station. After the day’s adventures head back to the hotel to enjoy a cream tea – delicious scones plus hot drinks for the adults and cordial for kids. Why not squeeze a swim in before dinner, which is included.
Day 3:
Will you manage a lie-in before heading to breakfast? Pick up a picnic lunch to enjoy on your day out and have a drink on us when you arrive back at the hotel.
Day 4:
Enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day’s adventures. Lunch in Hadrian’s Brasserie is included so you might want to stay local. Dinner is included too.
Day 5:
Time for one last breakfast and one last swim before you depart. But where will you head on your way home?
