Arrival Information

Please allow sufficient time prior to your experience to complete a spa consultation form and/or health questionnaire. We recommend that you arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of your treatment so that you can change. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.


Cancellation Policy 

Any cancellations under 48 hours will incur a 100% charge. Any bookings made under 48 hours will be charged and non-refundable.


Medical Conditions


Some of the treatments that we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. We requests that you draw our attention any of the following conditions at the time of the booking. Please contact the spa direct if you have any questions or queries. Treatment Please note spa treatments are for ages 16 and over.
